How do you find someone?

No this is not a personal ad, I genuinely want advice. I am having so much difficulty finding a guy who interests me for dating. I'll admit I have a narrow scope, I tend like men from Latin America, S. Asia, E. Asia, the Caucasus region. I simply just adore the dark hair and dark eyes, etc... It is hard for me to find someone who matches me intellectually, can look past cultural differences.
