may i open multiple accounts in getafreelancer from the same IP?

hi...due to some reason my balance in getafreelancer becomes negative...so i want to delete the account and wanna start a new account of the same from the same computer(i.e. the same IP)....now my question is is it allowed by them???please if anybody know then reply...it is very much essential to know about this....i am waiting for your reply...
