Trekpay has not resent my reversed payment..How to deal with this?

When all the issues for Indian paypal accounts started, I recieved a payment from Trekpay..It was the long awaited first payment from the site..But I was disappointed when the payment was reversed back to trekpay on the next day..I contacted the support team to resend my payment as it was reversed..But I have not heard from them till.. It had been more than 20 days..I'm really frustrated..After all, it is my money..Does not the Trekpay people know that the payment has been reversed? Why is that they are not taking any step to resend my money to me? Have any of your payment been reversed back to the site? How did you deal with that?

Hi, I can understand your frustation, My $3 from neobux was also reversed by paypal from my paypal account to sender when the personal payment issue from/to was going on with paypal and after that i'm just sending support ticket to paypal and neobux,but both are blaming eachother,paypal aksed me to ask refund from neobux and when i send paypal response to neobux no reply from neobux from last 2 days and i'm totally disappointed,& i don't think that neobux or trekpay is going to refund us but if you find any way please inform me as i tried my best but no way to get that reversed money back. i think it's just a reward to us to be a indian.

yes, I also think that the sites are not going to resend our earnings. I'm really disappointed by the way the admins of these sites work. They should have known about the issues earlier itself..or atleast when the payment they sent came back again to them, they should have studies what was going on..Should not they take some effort to resend the money through the other option - as for goods? It would not take more than 5 minutes. I think they would feel it good as to retain the money.

ya,i was having the same issue with hkbuzz,my $2 from hkbuzz payment was reversed back by paypal when this issue was going on but hkbuzz genuinely added that payment to my hkbuzz account and asked me to wait to withdraw from paypal till the issue is get solved or to withdraw when i reach minimum $8 through alertpay,i literally thank them as from neobux behaviour i was sure that this site will retain my money.if these site can do this then why not so popular and reputed site like neobux and trek pay is not doing anything for their members?

what hkbuzz has done is sure a genuine kind of act..Not all sites do this. That too failure of this type of activity at reputed and reliable sites like neobux and trekpay makes us to feel that they too are of the same kind of online business makers. I really appreciate what hkbuzz has done for you.. And this should have really put you in a relieved way rather than being mentally disturbed about the reversed payment.

Trekpay have no obligation to resend your money they must have reversed it for a reason maybe you did not stick to their rules or maybe they are not sending payments to Indian paypal accounts can you blame them.

I think you do not know about all those issues going on about the reversal of personal payments by paypal..Indians are now not allowed to send or recieve any personal payments at paypal..that is why their payments are being reversed by paypal..And this is the reason in my case too..not because I had violated any of their rules. So when the payments are reversed, it is in the hands of the admins to take proper measure to resend the payments to their members through the other advised alternative way..But trekpay does not seem to do that..
