Are you ready to play the blaming game? Do you always see yourself being blame for the mistakes of others? Where you given a task with a person that is not competent but took the blame when the task failed? I was with team of technical support. I was a senior technician. I was manning the stations together with a junior technician. She got a bad call that time. The customer was angry. I was reprimanded by the supervisor saying I should be assisting the junior tech which I was at that time. I speak out my side and said that I was there to assist not to spoon-feed her since she underwent the same training and she was given the shift since they must be confident that she can do it. There was another time that we encountered a missed call and I was with the same junior technician. I told them that it was only one ring. I was reprimanded again. Stating that since I am the senior, I should know what to do. I was like, come on, I coulnt control a 1-2 sec ring. I took it personally as a way to blame me for those things. Do you think it was really a blaming game that is happening? Do you think it's a way for my supervisor to use me as a scapegoat for his incapability? Tell me what you think.
