How to verify and withdraw from paypal to my card pls help... / myLot

I have some trouble verifying my new union bank eon visa card in paypal.Paypal said that union bank will not allow my card to get verified, and i should ask the bank why? When I go to the bank they said i have to deposit at least 200 pesos to my account and the bank will give a code number that needed to enroll at paypal. I dont know what to do, please help me mylotters! How can I be able to withdraw using my card if i cant verify it.

i been into that situation too before. Here's what i did: I deposit 200 pesos on my bank account because its what paypal needed in order to verify your account. They will get this money from your unionbank eon but don't worry this money will still be yours but it will deposited to your paypal account once you done that. wait till paypal send you a email and you can view to your eon cyber account or in your email and find the 4 digit number from that email and you will need that 4 digit number or code in paypal to verify. And after your account verified you can do the withdrawal from your paypal to your card. That's all
