I agree that plants are very useful for healing and treatment. There are many indigenous groups here in my country and when I was in college, I conducted a study that has something to do with the plants that they use for illnesses and they revealed a lot. Some plants are classified by others as weeds but they have healing powers that are very natural we dont have to worry about overdose. I life using plants and I believe some medicine sold in the market came from then but they are already processed. I would still go for the natural ones.

I agree with you that many plants are used for healing purposes and food supplement as well.
I like gardening. I have many vegetables and fruits. It was my hobby to manage myself taking care of them. I see them beautiful and appreciative to see especially when I am about to harvest them. In this experience of mine, I was able to appreciate the good things life has to offer.

There are too many plants that are good for healing for me to list, but in my own garden I only have vegetables and herbs primarily for cooking. I always try natural remedies before "medicine." Much healthier, less risky, and often cheaper and better for one's health than some chemical over-the-counter or prescription medication!
