Do you like the taste of Buttermilk?

Got to admit I have never tasted it. I can't stand the smell of it when I get close to drinking it. It makes me almost throw up. I love to cook with it. My husband can drink it and he likes the taste of it. So my question to you is do you like the taste of buttermilk?

i have had it before, i don't like it much either, makes me wonder how some people love it so much, well fine it is good to have but it tastes weird, at least to me. good day.

Hi Voldrox. I don't like the taste of it but I do like making breads with it. The smell of it makes me think I won't like it. Never have tasted it. Guess I should at least taste it to see if I would like it.

hehe yeah you should try it someday, it doesn't really taste that bad and is also good for health.

I've honestly never tasted it either. I really don't think I'd like the taste of it though. I can't drink whole milk anymore because of the thickness of it, so I'm sure that buttermilk would bother me too. lol

Hi Jenn.k. I have never tasted it. But the smell makes me gag. I do love to cook with it. I really like the taste of fresh milk right out of the cow it has a good taste to it. That is to me anyway. I don't drink a lot of milk. I have to be in the mood for milk to drink it. Which is odd to me.
