Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee kept not only her own political goals in mind while presenting the rail budget on Wednesday, but also those of her's UPA's allies especially the Congress and DMK.so there will be no change in passenger fares-planning commission was pitching for hike-and the frieght rates on select, but significant items such as kerosen and food grains ,will be cut to keep prices down.indian Reilways is not in the red yet,or close to it.but concern have been raised about its declining profits and rising expenses when compared to earnings. so in this budget every person has attentioned in their category.i am happy to this budget.what are you think about it.

West Bengal, West Bengal,West Bengal that was all she had in her budget. she should once come and travel in the Mumbai local during the rush hours i think then in her next budget she would surely do something for the rest of the states.
