my inbox id filled with mylot mails

what can I do to stop receving mails from mylot when a friend starts discussion.I have many friends and whenever they start a new discussion I get a mail.This is the change that I dont like which mylot made.my inbox is getting filled in seconds.what should I do.please help me.

You can go to your friends' list and disable 'notifier on'. You can give each of them a chance by just keeping a few 'on' at a time.

I feel different with MyLot notifications. In fact, I am very happy to receive them! Like you, I also have many friends and most of them are active in starting discussions. I always check their newly started discussions to see if there is something that of interest with me, and when I find one, I am very happy to respond. I prefer or I prioritize to participate in discussions started by my friends rather than by some anonymous members out there. So, I'm just wondering why are there some people problematic about the notifications? Anyway, maybe we are all different with each other... I respect your feelings and decisions. Happy MyLotting :)

Thanks for reminding me about email filtration. Currently, I'm using my gmail account for MyLot notifications. And when I check whether they have such kind of feature, I can't find one. I'm thinking of changing email, and diverting the notifications to Yahoomail because there you can easily create folders and you can easily divert MyLot emails to your MyLot folder. yes me too. its so tiring to delete them. my notification is uncheck so i dont know why i still received this kind of notice about new discussion from friends and since i also have lots of friends in my list. everyday, my email always full and so i need to keep on deleting them everyday.
