Fatty! Fatty! Fatty! lol lol

Okay, as some of you may know I had to have an ultrasound on my liver! Thank God it just came back as being a FATTY liver. Now I know that isnt all that great but, it could have been way worse. Now, I am a big woman so really this is just what I needed to get my big butt in gear and lose some weight. So I done some internet searching and well without any luck I couldnt find exercise for a fat girl that hasnt exercised in like never! And I am using the term fat girl refering to myself and being light hearted about it. Now I don't have any health restriction as far as exercise but, I would like some suggestion as far as some stuff I can start out with that is not going to kill me I dont really have alot of time to walk cause of working 54 hrs a week and being a mom and going to school. I am sitting at a desk alot so... Any Suggestion would be great. I know the food I am supposed to eat. I just need the help on the exercise

I admire your determination and positive attitude for finding ways for the betterment of your health. You are right, It is not because your laboratory tests are normal means you will be confident enough about your health status. It is more of working continuously. Regarding about the exercise suggestions, since you are almost on your desk and a working mom at the same time I suggest that you can rely on the technology gadgets for exercise functions. The purpose of such is to be able to exercise even you cannot meet the regular ways of having exercise. You will just put the product on the part of your body which you desire to decrease in size like abdominal, arms, and legs. The regions which store more fats. With this, even you are in sitting position just plug the exercise tool then you can continue the work since you are not always in walking series then there will be no problem regarding the tool distance. Since you know already the foods you are supposed to eat, you can also try to reduce your weight if you want by eating foods less in carbohydrate contents and fatty foods. You can eat still this kind but on lesser amount to reduce fats. The excess fats remained previously in your body will be used as energy consumption. Normal stretching is also a form of exercise. This will also help your muscles breathe and have a good blood circulation.

I think one of the things that I really need to imporve on is my H2O intake! I hate water. But, as of yesterday I have been trying to force myself to drink more water. My b/f tells me just to keep doing it and it will become habit and it wont seem like such a task. and I wont have to force myself. At work I am at a counter and there is a stool well today I started standing at the counter instead of sitting so.. thats my frist move. Like I have stated before I am doing this just for health reasons. I have kids I want to see grow and watch their lives unfold in front of them. I want to be a grandma so I have alot of motavations. Thanks alot for your advice I will besure to check in on the device you speak of.

With all my respect, thank you also.. Regarding water intake which is commonly advised to be taken at least 8 glasses a day to avoid dehydration and a good washer for the body especially the food we take and fluid replacement. Our body comprises more than 90% water in composition. However, I understand that you hate water. But, if you will not take water your pH acidity level will be high. In some researches, drinking alkaline water reduce pH acidity level for it neutralize the acid pH level. They stated also that this can help in preventing various toxins in the body and reduce weight. Some reinvented water now which is sold with many flavors but I do not know much of general composition, the only thing I know is water based. This may help you also. I know your motivations will lead you to something productive because you are starting it now already. Have a great day!! More power for you and your family.

Susan Powter dvd or videos are good ones. They are made for all fitness levels. I used to have one of her VCR tapes.

I will have to check her out never heard of her to be honest. But, Like I said I dont really exercise so... But, thanks its something I will check into.

Hi there and smile. I believe that proper diet and exercise are the perfect key in maintaining healthy and fit body. I advise you to print a sexy woman picture and post it in your wall and think of it as a nice motivation. Or imagine yourself in a sexy tank top with fit jeans. Well I am not sure if the sexy woman picture would help with me since I am really happy with my weight! I am a big happy person! I guess I could put a pic of a nonfatty liver up lmbo. lol lol Since I am doing it for health reasons and not vanity reasons. That was funny come on.
