The increasing city trafic which emits larger quantity of hydrocarbons is a major contributor to global warming. And this city traffic is actually caused by the increasing purchasing power of the people who are contributing to global warming by buying more personal vehicles(cars). A solution to this is that people should be urged to rely more on public transport. To make it happen the governments around the world should take necessary steps to make their respective public transport systems more comfortable to its poeple. What do you think? Would you be helping this cause by deciding to use public transport whenever possible.

I'm one those who isn't convinced that people's activities are a "major" contributor to global warming. So I don't want my government in the transportation business or "urging" me to do anything...
