Have you had any big regrets in life?

As the title says, have you ever regretted something so bad that you wish you had not done or said it at all. I mean I have many times - when I get angry or frustrated, I will take it our on others rather than just keep the thoughts in my head, then I will get out of touch with the person until i say sorry... weird? I know but have you ever regretted something really bad you wish you did not do it at all?

I get frustraited much like you do. I do end up apologizing atleast. As I have kept alot of it in during my youth that I'm tired of worrying what others think when they do things w/o thinking + hurtful themselves!
My only regret in life is my waistline.
