Hi Mylotters, I have very fine and thin hair. I know it's common to shed a few hair strands especially in the shower and the hair is damp because that's the time hair is breakable. But sometimes, I can't help to panic or worry when I see a great amount of strands of my hair in my pillow when I wake up, in the shower drain, and even when combing, a lot of my hair strands fall. I'm using a shampoo that supposed to be for preventing hair fall, but I'm not happy with the results. Should I worry about my hair fall or just let it be coz it's normal? What's the best way to prevent hair fall?

there a hair growing solutions and there are prevent hairfall solutions, but the problem of falling hair continues and the number of bald people notably is increasing. so, i think there are no steadfast solutions to falling hair. all you have to do is look around and you'll see shoulders with strands of hairs... or you can see a lot of shiny pates around, due to complete fallout of hairs. perhaps, there is some genetic explanation or mineral deficiency to the problem. this should be the one being addressed.

I think bystander is correct, there is hair growing solution in the market that solve hair fall. You should try it & make some recommendation with the shampoo you used.Maybe you can try herbal remedies or shampoo to ease the hair fall.

i dont think we can prevent it the only way that we can do is to lessen it.besides it just normal to have falling hair.there are vitamins in the market that helps in strengthening your hair and minimize too much hair loss.

In addition to the great advice you've already received, your hair goes through a natural growth and shedding cycle. I have fine hair, too, and a hairdresser once told me that growing my hair long puts stress on the root which can cause it to fall out.

Stress is one of the reasons why you are losing a lot of hair. If the shampoo did not work look at your diet. Eat lot's of fruits and vegetables and get enough sleep. If your body is healthy chances are your hair will be too. You can also cut your hair shorter so it's less prone to pressure when you comb it.

Hair fall has become very common today.Though there are a lot of reasons, remedies are available.I think firstly we should look after our daily routine, eating habits, sleep, environment, stress level etc.Market has flooded with promising products but before using we should consult doctor.
