it's a very bad thing indeed but hardly you can find out a gang like that in every schools and every grades.school is a place where everyone should be very friendly with each other having fun.and i think a solution for this would be schools admin should take some acts and make the students realise that its wrong.

I think most important thing which causes bullying and the real causes of violence among schools by some students is due to lack of discipline. Some students tend to be of stubborn nature and they are jealous of anyone being superior to them in some way or the other. So, they bully the other person by suppressing him under their shadow. It may be also due to mis-management of the school authority or sometimes due to the the bullying students family effect. If someone in the family is mentally ill or someone doesn't treat him like he is to be treated at the age that he is of, then that tend to create some paranormal effect on the child's or students mind and he may become impatient and may develop a lack of discipline which may lead to nothing but further loss in life in the future

Sadly, I think we can trace the cause of bullying and violence a little closer to home. It is not violent video games or television programs like many people would like to think. It is because they had abusive childhoods. Whether that abuse is physical or emotional, well who really knows. However, it can be a potential explanation to bullying and violence.
People can only take so much before lashing out. Many just feel inferior, so they decide to bully those who they see to be easier targets. Those who will just sit back and take it. Be an outlet to the frustrations they have with their own home life. It is a sad and vicious cycle but it does offer a grim explanation of the overall problem of bullying in schools.

hi friend! the real causes of fights at school are many but the main one is the bad education at home. many kids don't get the proper education from their parents or have grown up in a family where the violence and the quarrels are a trivial round. these kids really become much cooped up and become the fighters/ rebels of the school. we must really be careful with them, because their psychic is weaker than ours and they are capable of anything!
