Brush your teeth at like 8pm, it will stop you somehow from wanting to eat, cos you won't want to dirty your teeth.

Get a number padlock for the fridge and make sure you don't know the combination someone else does. Then you cant get in the fridge at random times.

start drinking green tea, its loaded with antioxidents and also it speeds up your metabolism, which helps your body burn up calories. Try having on hand fresh veg's to munch on. Popcorn is a good low calorie munchy. Good luck.

Honestly, as someone who lost 50 lbs, it's something that "quick tricks" won't help you with, you have to make a life style change. If you monitor your calorie intake you will have the best success. The first month is tough, but the thing is after that, you will start to want less and less food. I used to eat a 12 inch subway sub meal for lunch, but after being on the diet for a month, the 6 inch meal was plenty to fill me.
