Working With Women

Its because there is so much competition between women for some reason. Its really a horrible thing to when you work with a bunch of females. I have done it and I can't stand it at all. I love working with just men they don't act inmature. They just want the job done and that is it. Females are always looking to stab someone in the back and look out if you are pretty with a good figure. Instead of being friends and sticking by each other it becomes a war. Hopefully I will never have to work under these conditions ever again.

I have had multiple female friends tell me it is much more difficult working with a group of women. Having worked in a male dominated UPS job, and a female dominated social services job, I have to agree with my female friends. The social services job felt like I was in a soap opera. One woman at the job even told one of my female coworkers that she needed to join a clique at work. Wow! Really! I thought we all left high school.

Working women especially mothers are admirable. It is very difficult to balance personal life - life being a wife, mother and career life. Other times a lot of women find it hard to balance these things. As a result one aspect of her life can at times be affected. I should say that women will always have drama in their lives, because they are more perceiving, sensitive than men. They take as if everything concerns them. Women at work however, should at least try to act professionally despite the rift going on among its co workers.
