How to do a security manager in a five star hotel?

Are you working in a hotel? Are you worked as a security manager? How do you feel like this job? Is it difficulty or easy? MY friend has worked in a five star international hotel,he feels the press everday, hotel manager will ask him many questions which about safety to the hotel, because international situation no too good, terrorist attack almost happened everyday, I want to do somthing to my friend, I advised him to change a job to go abroad to a vacation.But he said he has the family , he need the salary so he can nor quit the job,and he don not know another job as well. So how can I help him,please?
