How paypal cheque processed in India??

Hi, Every indian's know the problem with paypal withdrawal through wire transfer to Indian bank. Currently it is suspended due to RBI regulations. But paypal still allows to withdraw by cheque. How it will be accepted by RBI? I am expecting that, soon cheque withdrawal also will be suspended. How do you think?
