Do You still live in the Area where You were Born,or have you moved to another area,or even another Country? Have you kept in touch with those You grew up with,or revisit the area You used to Live in? It's over 30 Years since I moved from where I used to Live in Scotland to Northern Ireland. A discussion recently about learning to ride a bike prompted a search on Google Earth to look at the Town I lived in-a cycle track I used as a kid was still there! Some things have changed,though..a disused railway line I used to cross on my way to school is now gone, and the path of the tracks now has a tract of housing along it...Have You used Google Earth to see someplace you remember from Years ago? Have things changed there, and does anything look much different now?

I was born in New Jersey. I grew up in Texas and live with in 15 miles of the houses I grew up in.

Did You spend long in NJ before moving "Out West"? Were you there long enough to remember the neighbourhood where you lived or played?

No, the only memory before the move is of 2 people building me a snowman and I knew they were my mother and my brother. Since we moved when I was about 21 months and that had to have been no earlier than 13 or 14 months, that's pretty far back. I do remember as a little girl going to my great-grandmother's and she had a grape arbor in her back yard. But that was on an early visit. Another early visit we went to a wedding where they had a chocolate grooms cake. I must've been impressed by it. Both of those memories were before I was 4.

I wish I could remember how far back my memories go! I have early memories from my first home, and can remember some of my time at my first school, but I was only there a couple of years before we moved house..I can still remember names of My neighbours at that time, and visited there a few years back for a look around, and was a bit surprised how little it had changed..
