I believe 100% that such email is spam email. But it more seems like a scam email. The email contains something too good to be true thing, that's why we can easily noticed if that email is a scam email. Better just sent such email to trash by deleting it because it won't give us any benefit. Such email only targeting on greedy people. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

You're on a list...one that's been sold and resold and will continue to be resold. I don't believe it's possible to get off of these lists once you're on them but the good news is that eventually these folks will get updated email addresses and, hopefully, yours won't be on it. The worst thing you can do is to respond to any kind of spam because that flags your email address as an active one, making it popular for resale. Marking these emails as spam helps some but, if you notice, these messages come from different email accounts which makes it almost impossible for your mail server to recognize them.
