how to reappear the character of response for "+" "-" "!"

hi everyboday...i met a issue,i dont know why the two character of response for "+" "-" were disappeared as i start with a new discussion or respond someone's topic,they should appear when you answer question and new discussion,sure....you can find them at last your discussion,how to reappear the two character?thanks for your help?

evanya they do this for all of us as you are posting something and you cannot rate yourself so here you do not need the plus and minus but if you happen to accidentally post a copy of your copy you can hit the exclamation point and ask mylot to delete the extra copy if you wish to.
