Water is one of the most essential thing that our body needs if not the most important. We can survive without food but we never can survive without water. As we know water has a big percentage in our body. It acts as cleansing agent. We really need to drink at least 8 glasses a day. So lets make it a point to drink lots of water everyday

Water also the best medicine to our diseases. It is the liquid that gives us life and energy to live longer.We will not be hungry if we just drink water. All of the pains we suffer, water is the most primary thing to be the first aid to drink and we will be fine. Like if we felt always urinating, you just drink more water and your urination will be clear. Now a days we should drink more water to overcome the heat and hotty day of the sun.This is the one thatgive us strength even if eat late as long as the is water you always felt full in yout tummy.

Yes ,we should make it a point to drink lots of water every day to flush toxins and waste from our body.Water keeps our body hydrated.Fruits contains percentage of water contents and natural vitamins and minerals.Drinking fruit juice does wonders to our skin and overall health.If a person does not like to drink lots of water he can take fruit juice instead.Water helps maintain body temperature and constipation too.A glass of warm water early in the morning ,regulates the weight. Water is indeed very important for life and health.

Yes, you are right that water is very important to every living being as well as animals. Without water, every being and animal is hard to survive. We can live without food for quite a long time. But, we can never able to survive, if we don't have enough water to drink. Because our body system need water to do its daily process.

I agree with you. Water is basically the fuel of life, and we all need it for well-being and survival. I do drink a lot of water each day because I enjoy its refreshing taste and the health benefits it offers, like improved concentration and such

The problem I have found is that water can be so boring but there are a few things you can do to perk up that humble glas of water. These include : Adding a slice of lemon, chilling a jug of water in the frigde and adding slices of cucumber to it or adding some fresh mint leaves.

Pure water is most essential for our body. About 70% of blood is water. It not only essential as liquid but also vapor and ice. It can control humidity and temperature of air. After all we can say that, The other name of Pure water is life.
