BERLIN, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Alemannia Aachen's Slovak international striker Slizard Nemeth was released from hospital on Wednesday after a life-threatening pulmonary embolism, the club said.
Nemeth, 29, was taken to hospital five days ago after a calf muscle injury triggered a thrombosis and an embolism, team doctor Alexander Mauckner told the club's Web site.
"The situation was life-threatening," Mauckner said.
