Do your spouse snore when he/she sleeps? Have you experience a sleepless night with this sound? I will not deny that I also snore... I was working with my paper works when I got sleep on the disk... my colleagues who were editing his sheets happened to sit beside me. He was my close friend. And look what happened, he recorded my snore on his phone... I was shy at first when he played it in-front of our other colleagues... I don't know if I would get mad at him if it happened that those who listened to my sound were not close of mine too... I just laughed then. My partner now snore too... but I don't know for sure who's snore is much louder... hahaha, when she first fall asleep, I would really have a hard time in falling asleep then... They said, snore happens as result if you are tired the whole day... but my partner always snore every night... whether out for work or not... I just wonder if anybody here snore too, or your partner snore, and you experience the same with mine... Is this an inheritance or what? Is there any cure for this?

Hello Primeaque86, Yes I am having same problem like yours. This problem has stared recently. My husband continuously snores and it really disturbs me a lot and also irritates a lot as sometimes his snoring keeps moving to different levels of volume. I have also separate my bed from him. I put my bed down on the floor a bit far from him, but that really does not help. Now the only solution that I have found is that I put ear plugs, like those used by people working in places with loud machines. Since these plugs are soft ones, I can insert them deep inside my ears and that cuts me from all kinds of noise and finally I get my sleep. My husband says that I also snore....but my snoring does not disturb him so what can I do.......ha ha ha.

Hi apsara60, hahaha, that is an effective solution my friend... she really snores loud with different level of volumes hahaha, just like your husband... me, I put headphone on my ears... I would listen to my favorite music so that i could sleep or I would imagine that the snore is a nice melody, can you do that? hahaha

well.. technically, people snore when they are in deep sleep.. when the muscles lining our breath valve relaxes and loosen out,.. usually they are kept constricted by us consciously because of our breathing ... there are simulants available in the market which would keep the muscles alert and constricted even while sleeping.. try one

My husband always snores and this stops from from getting to sleep.I tend to nudge him and this seems to stop him from snoring for all of 2 minuites and then he starts snoring all over again. My husband also tells me that sometimes i snore,so i tell him it is because i am soo tired as his snoring kept me awake.I have tried everything to stop him from snoring and nothing works.

My partner is really like mine jugsjugs... sometimes I would get her hands and put her palms over her mouth... and I'd enjoy from it because she would move and wake up, then scold me... and I would just laugh silently... she would reason out that mine is louder, but I think she snores much louder than me...

its only hard at night specially if you've been in quite night ever since. but i guess somehow you will used to it and think of it as your daily night regimen an that you cant sleep without it. just make it as a music or lullaby coz if your going to think of it as a snore then you really cant sleep.
