It was pretty weird; yesterday my cellphone all of sudden display a miss call from a month ago, January 13, as I check who was calling me. The time and hour was 6:00 p.m., While I look at my watch, it was only 4:00 P.M. What is wrong with it? There was followed by a voice message. After I listen through the voice message, the time and hour also match the missed call. The problem is I got this voice message and missed call after a month later? Whether it was my cell phone has problem, or the service provider has server problem. Does anyone see this happen before?

Yes it's quite common to receive voice mails sometimes a week or two after the voicemail was left! I know it's happened to us before. It's quite odd, but not uncommon. I Suppose it's to do with maybe signal at the time, or maybe a server error, but I am not sure... as it is common.

What if that is something important, or from an international call. The service provider should do something about it to improve such error. It might cost somebody a lot.

I have had that happen to me once ande it scared me. The phone call came from an ex friend of mine and she had threatened me over the phone. What scared me was that I thought the cell phone company gave out my number without permission, then my fiance (now husband) went back to check to see when the call had come through it was a month ago just before I changed my cell phone number. I has happened to me and I know of others it has happened to, so I would not worry too much about it.

That has happened to me once as well.
I looked at my phone one morning and it said I had a voicemail, but I didn`t have any missed calls. When I listened to the date and time, it was over 3 weeks old.
I`ve had cell phones for 6 years now and it has only happened once, so I guess its pretty rare.

I have had delays like that with my phone, but usually a few hours to a day later. The serer that processes your call must have been jamed packed causing a blockage in delay of missed calls and what not. I remember hearing about something like that happening a few years ago when hurricanes ravished the state I live in, but never any since.

I can honestly say that has not happened to me yet. I have had it where a call got crossed and could of broken up a relationship had I not known he was in the other room, lol. I would my other number and a girl answered wanting to know who I am because she was calling her man. I even checked to see if the calls were being forwarded to another number. It was weird, odd, and I was booting someone. I did it again while I had both phones in hand. same thing call got crossed and it was a glitch. I was complaining to the phone company. SO stranger things have happened.
