How would you know if a product really has sunblock protection?

hi mylotters! i saw a tv ad claiming it has triple sun protection yet the label does not indicate its strength. the label doesn't even have the SPF letters on it. and i found lots of such products available in the market today! are they just trying to deceive so they can have higher sales? if not, then, do you know the name of the active SPF ingredient that should be found on the ingredient section? summer is fast approaching and sunblocks are a must...

hi! i think that there is no option that we can see if the some product we have bought has or has not sunblock protection. maybe the only way is to test it, but for this cause we need a laboratory and it will cost a lot i think SO we can only trust the packing and on the brand

you mean, best to buy trusted brands instead rather than experiment on other brands. well, there are instances when even a well-known (branded) product would result to skin allergy. this had happened to me before. that's why, i try other brands. it's not really on the brand, it's on the ingredients.
