How this man keeps getting re-elected is beyond me. The House ethics committee is investigating him. The man writes tax laws but does not follow them. He uses tax payers money for vacation. What is your opinion of Rangel?
There is so much to the Charlie Rangel saga but here is a story -

What does it say about the people he represents? He replaced Rep Adam Clayton Powell who was refused a seat in the House because of ethics and criminal charges. It seems that this district is satisfied with a crook re[presenting them. I agree that he should be removed as chairman and not given any position of importance. If he were a Republican he would have been driven out by the media.

Charlie Rangel needs to step down from his Chairmanship position, step down from Congress and prepare for a stint in jail for tax evation. The only reason I can see that he keeps being re-elected is the people who he's suppose to be representing aren't following politics, Charlie Rangel's antics, etc.

This is one representative who seems to have so much power that no one can touch him. He must have so much dirt on other people that every one is afraid of him or surely he'd be long gone before now. He should be impeached.

Oh and don't forget he goes on fancy trips paid for by corporations and lobbyist...big no no.
I don't see how get re-elected. The man belongs in jail. He needs to resign...or be forced out.
