Online sites which pay more for referrals

Is there any site to pay us at least 20-30 cents per referral other than traffic exchange sites? I am having a team of 40 members where we all are ready to sign up in the down line of any one member and to share the revenue.If the site is good at their payment, please let us know so that we can make use of them...It will be helpful to the others also..
