Why do you like your blackberry?

So many people tell me there is nothing like having a blackberry, they can't live without their blackberry, and they prefer blackberry over any other phone but then when i ask why, they stumble....so my question for you is, if you have a blackbery what do you like about it, what makes it better than other phones, and what apps in app world do you like and/or find helpful.... i am thinking of getting anther cell phone and everyone is telling me to get a blackberry, so i am trying to get the good and bad about them in general....if it helps my cell company is tmobile. not sure if that makes a difference or not. Thanks.

I don't have one. But honestly speaking, Blackberrys are likely the ones that attract me as far as mobile designs are concerned. I'd rather get a plain nokia. But if anyone is interested at sharing his extra blackberry, i'd be the first one to accept the offer.

When I switched from t-mobile to verizon, the phone I first got there was a blackberry curve. I didn't have it to long, as I just didn't like it all that much. It just didn't seem to have all that many features, and I didn't like the browser. I wouldn't have another blackberry, but that is just me. My son has a blackberry storm, and he likes it, as he has a painting business, and he uses it for that. He also has a website where he can check on it and see if he is getting any customers. He also has email on it too. It does have a touchscreen, and that is the only thing about blackberry that impresses me. I have a touchscreen phone from lg. Tehy do take time getting used to them that is for sure, but I seem to be doing okay with it. I will be upgrading as soon as I have the money to do so, as my phone is giving me problems, and since it is the only phone I have and use, it has to be working at all times. I have blackberry 9700 & I also have t-mobile as a carrier. There's an app for blackberry called "poynt". It's a GPS based app that tell you where closest things are, like restaurant & movie theater & others, based on where you are. It also tells you a direction. I use my blackberry for my work a lot. I get a lot of emails & I need to get a lot of informations off of internet. I've been using blackberry for little over 2 years now. My first blackberry was pearl 8120. I recently bought 9700, about 3 month ago. My schedule is in it & all my contacts including address & emails are in it.
