What is the best website?

Right now I'm creating a screen shots of our Project. And I don't have any idea what's the best design for cause I's using VB.NET.... And its my first time to use it. Right now the only solution for this problem is Internet. But I already search a lot of website but can't find any. Can any body help me bout this one..... PLEASE..........
