hi guys!what are the disadvantages and advatages of mylot..????

hmmm....im mentioned this to my best yesterday while we were malling...
what i think the advantages of mylot...
are we can share our points of view about a certain topics.were we can have fun
sharing our knowledge to one another about the discussions...
we can share our problems to everyone with out knowing our identity..
were we can meet new and a lot of friends..
mylot gives us comfort and happiness..
it kills boredom..
i think the disadvantages are we didn't notice that are already criticizing someone..
very observant to others..or not minding our own business...
we became back bitters...
how about you...??i have noticed this already...
i just want to share my views about this..
how about you guys??what you think??
do you think all of this matters that ive mentioned are true??

haha so you really write about it...well, just like what we have talked about the other day, there's a lot of advantages we can get from being here in mylot. aside from what you have said, we can also earn some cents here...and learn some things & gain some friends. and have fun!
as to disadvantages, well we do understand each other & i think we both have same sentiments? haha
i just notice some people who are too good to be true...
and another thing, is that i sometimes neglect my duties at home. haha coz sometimes, instead of washing the dishes, i am doing mylot, instead of doing the laundry, i am here. instead of sleeping i am still here! and sometimes hubby gets annoyed coz i don't sleep with him!

haha...actually i give him some rewards after i do mylot at night!
and with that, it will be fine with him when i do mylot again the next time! haha

or you can make some credits like doing others things before going to sleep..heheheh!
and yeah!i do get what you said about to good to be true...
i think some dont tell the truth...but its ok no big deal about it...
mylot is just for having fun..
whether we tell the truth or lie about something...
mylot doesn't care..heheh!

hi! you are right- all the things you have mentioned are advantages of mylot- like meeting new people, sharing points of view, sharing and resolving own problems, perfect your English skills, spending your spare time doing something really fun and exciting, earning some extra money. and the only one disadvantage of this site is, that it makes us addicted to it

I agree with the advantages but in my experience I don't see any disadvantages with regards to treating someone bad online or criticizing anyone here. I think the fact that you posted a discussion here, you are ready and open to whatever kind of response you would receive, whether bad or good. For me, it's just a matter of being broadminded at all times and not taking things too seriously. Except maybe there's a violation of rules within the comment or response.
Also, the only disadvantage that I've experienced from being a mylot member is that, it takes a lot of my time off from my other duties because it's fun being here that I tend to choose doing other things later. But that's not really a bad thing hehe.

Mylot has many advantage,People can earn extra income ,we get many information here.most of the people like me are learning typing aswell as English .Since it is a online community information are share by people all over the world it is one of the best ,so that we can get information about other countries and way of living everything.
I cannot see any disadvantage,but in earning opportunity is very less if we came here for earning.But it has many advantages

Advantages i find more than disadvantages..
Advantages it provide us the platform where we share our view and gain a good knowledge, u can improve your writting skills which i think is the foremost advantage among all..and the disadvantage which i think is getting very negligible amount after giving so much responses and discussion apart from this mylot is very good websites...

Yes, I could find much of advantages here. I site that gives us earnings while enjoying being here. Moreover the greedy in me tickles to give more earnings for responds. But mylot is something that had made even people with a common knowledge to be here and earn. Lots of new things are able to know, new friends, knowledge and outlook of various people from various parts of world so on goes the advantage of this site.

I think there are alot more advantages to disadvantages to mylot.. haha =D I have always like mylot, and i like the way things are working.. THe interaction in here, and having group chats, together under one responds.. haha =D
I dun care about those back stabbing etc, because they are just jealous, and so why bother?? haha =D And critism is a good thing, because it allows us to improve on whatever we are doing, and make us into a better person?? lol =D

hi there! with mylot, members can be their very self without telling everyone who they are. the categories are there either to be a part of someone's interest or merely be ignored. informative, funny. it may be serious sometimes but not boring. the thing is, we have options to consider to suit our moods. the cons--- hopefully not everyone's overdoing it coz there are other worlds to live in like family and friends. we can have them all, anyway! :)

Lots of advantages in mylotting! Meeting new friends, earning money or opening up a discussion that's been bothering you or want a topic to talk about... Disadvantages? Instead of me working right now in my online job but here I am reading and responding a question that I think I'm going to earn a .01 cent! lol ... but here I am! I enjoy participating and will continue mylotting!!!

I don't think there are disadvantages. Mylot is a great place to discuss about the most varied topics and it's a great way to share your point of view with people from all around the world. There are always some great topics and I'm glad to be on mylot. The only disadvantage i can find is that there are times where no discussions that interest my are available. It can take sometimes 30 minutes of surfing through the site until something good comes up. But these situatiosn are rare and I always find something to do when there is nothing to do here.

here is my opinion,
ADVANTAGE:
-you can meet people in different countries and your posting to be recognized everywhere. also you can post your own discussion that others may commented.
DISADVANTAGE:
-you can hurt other blogger to their posting and sometimes ignoring it.

some of the advantages of mylot is that you got to know lots of people from the different parts of the world and your english language could be enhance since we are only allowed to write it in an english language and then you could earn money while learning.

One of the advantages of this site is that there are always things that you can discuss the other advantage is that there are always people that try to help you if you do not understand something and need a bit of advise.I have made lots of great friends on here aswell as i have got answers to things todo with laptops etc that helped me no end.Yet the down side is that i lose track of the time when i am on here which is not good if you are late or do not do the things and go the places you should be at.

Advantages would obviously by the interactions that we have with other people. There are chances to talk to people from all around the world that we would never get to speak of about a variety of topics. Plus, we can give our opinions and it is a fun way to pass the time. Oh yeah, you can also make some nice pocket change by giving second opinions, cannot really forget that.
Disadvantages, really cannot think of one off hand. Well, the fact that you may have a little less spare time to do other things as you spend it on MyLot. The site can be so addictive and time can get away from you so quickly, that it's not even funny. Still, given all of the advantages, I think it is really worth the risk to spend the time on MyLot.
