To get Paypal verified & lift sending limitation ( $500.00 USD once ) we need a credit card & bank account to be linked & confirmed with paypal account. But, can I really verify my paypal account with only a virtual credit card (vcc) as I am a non USA resident. If it is possible then where I buy vcc to get paypal verified ? How much need to spend to get a vcc ? Which website sell vcc ? Can I buy a re-loadable prepaid vcc ? Please, inform me . Thanks .......
