Can anyone suggest me some methods to reduce weight

Hi everyone...i always wanted to be slim like most of i want you guys to suugest me some of the methods to reduce my weight...

Count the calories as you eat. It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.

Losing weight is a simple equation, the calories that you take in must be less than the calories that you burn off. For most people, it's 1000-1200 per day. Try incorporating 9-11 fruits and veggies into your diet. When I want to lose weight, I eliminate starches from my diet. No bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, corn etc. Work out with weights for 20 minutes six days a week and do some form of cardio exercise for 45 minutes a day. The weight will not only come off, you'll keep it off and you will be healthy and have more energy.

I know a method that gives the best results.. Have some meal replacements. Lose 5kg to 10kg per month and can make you keep in shape and fit the way you wanted it by getting all the nutrition your body needed everyday. Also save money for your food budget! PM me if you're interested.

Avoid all foods with sugar and fat contents, only eat foods that have many fibres, it called the fiber diet! And the low carb diet is almost the same: avoid chocolate and others fat foods and privilege fruits and vegetables. I suggest you to do physical exercice everyday (30 mn daily).

the main thing you should do is to reduce the cholestrol content in your food and should take food according to the body requirements and other activities or work you do . you may try doing some exercises . if you find no time to go gym then do it in your house itself . and most important thing is to avoid eating deeply fried food and other junk foods . .
