2012 and what will happen

Nothing. The mayan calander doesn't "end" (ask any mayan, yes, they are still alive today)it does the same thing ours does, turns over. Does the world end every year simply because our gregorian calander finishes on december 31st every year? No, and neither does it with the Mayan calander ending. this is a common misconception. There are also a number of world ending disasters suposedly predicted for this year. None of them have any genuine scientific basis, it's all bunk. there is no rogue planet on it's way in (we would see it now) the earth isn't going to flip over (it can't), we are not liinig up with the center plane of the galaxy (wouldn't do any harm if we were anyway), there is no planetary alignment comming up (would do anything to us anyway) the earths magnetic field is not going to stop on us, nothing...NOTHING is going to happen.

No one knows what will happen. Maybe people think the world will end because based on the science that they conquered. But who knows what will happen in the year 2012 only God. If God wants the world will end in 2012, will occur. But if God does not want would not have happened. We better pray a lot and always do good. Avoiding things that God banned from the worries about what will happen in the year 2012. With us always obey all the commands of god, we're not going to worry about what will happen.

even before the movie was out, I had seen the Discovery channel episode 'Doomsday 2012' .. it really convinced me that something really bad is in store for us on that fateful day... i guess we would be in a better position to answer when the time is near..

i dont think the world will end so soon. there will be more fires, floods etc. there will be more sufferings, poverty, hunger and diseases as we can see in the media. why. progress in developement in all areas of science that affects the earth structure and the earth atmosphere etc. end result, more destruction and devastation. its indeed scary and sad to see what is happening to marriage and family institutions.there is alot of conflict in every areas of life and societies where there is lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh and the pride of life. i just want to live healthily in peace and harmony and that the Good Lord watches us all and grant us, grace, favours, mercy and compassion.

WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE T_T its starting to happen!! the earthquakes(haiti) the floods the pole shifts !! waaa and there's nothing we can do to escape it aaaa wahahhaha ... one advice ... just pray -^^- aahha

Don't worry nothing of such sort will happen...there have been such baseless predictions earlier also Remember the concept of microblackholes engulfing earth when LHC was to be started for the first time.....all these are mere publicity and TRP gaining stunts by some people and media respectively.....

LOL yea just like new yrs eve 1999 and 06/06/06....Quite frankly I find it all highly amusing really..I mean EVEN IF the world were goin to end..why sweat it..You can't stop it right so who cares IMO...

hi! i really don't think that something will happen in 2012 just because of that movie, and I am really not sure is that about the maya's calendar is true or someone has made it up. but as I told, i don't believe in it!
