whether you like or not you must wear it because its your IDENTITY card, without that how people can identify you, that only contains the full short information and a gurantee for yo.i think a photo, your name, your address and blood group for sure incase you are met with an accident it might help you and also your date of birth.

it depends in what kind of id card you have, whatever information it have there then of course you have to fill in those information and you can leave them blank if you dont want to include any information like your number or address. you cant just say what information coz what if you want to include you number or address but theres no space for that there. it depends to the information asking by the id card.

hi! a very good question by the way! well, I think that on ID cards there must not be some very important and personal information, which someone can use to harm you, if you lose it or someone steals it from you. because just imagine that some one finds you lost ID card and goes some pawn shop and buys something in instalments and the seller doesn't look at the photo. I think that one photo and an ID number is enough.
