When I was young I usually slept the whole night through. I still do, but it seems now it takes me awhile to get to sleep. Maybe I have too much on my mind or I just can't relax as easily as I could when I was a child. Most probably it is due to my many responsibilities in life. Don't get me wrong, if I'm really fatigued I usually fall asleep right away, but if I feel normal it just takes me longer to do so. I don't know if this falls under a sleeping disorder, but it is a little bothersome to me. Anyway here is a list of sleeping disorders I just read about. Do you have any of them? 1 - Nightmares (frequent) 2 - Sleepwalking 3 - Night terrors (Happen during non REM sleep, unlike nightmares, can happen with open eyes). 4 - Hallucinations - Lying in bed not fully asleep you see, hear, or feel strange things. 5 - Exploding head - startled awake by loud noises that aren't really present 6 - Sleep paralysis - you can't move in a dream and for some time when you wake up 7 - REM behavior problems - Acting out dreams through the body when you are asleep; moving around while still asleep due to your dreams. 8 - Sleep related eating disorder - like sleep walking, but you are sleep eating and are not aware that you ate anything in the morning, but you did......... 9 - Sexsomania - Performing s-e-x-u-a-l acts while asleep 10 - Insomnia If the above list does not include your sleeping disorder, then go ahead and list it on your comment.

While this may sound like a joke, it's literal in my case. 11. Mylotosis - staying up late to post on MyLot yes, it's 2am here at the time of posting. I really should sleep earlier but MyLot is too fun and the money that we can get from posting isn't really helping me fall asleep.

Good addition to the list. I never even thought of that one. I think a bunch of mylot members suffer from this. I do also, every now and them. Keep on posting until the wee hours of the morning, as long as it is not interfering with your daily activities.
