i can't dalate any folder in my hardisk

likjen, You need to be sure that your PC is not using any apps directly from the folder which you are deleting and/or the folder is opened. So, close any application(s) for that folder on your system and the folder before you perform your deletion. You should be able to delete the folder there. Have a nice day. P.S. well it mostly happens when the system is somehow running a process related to the folder, it might be showing the system file is already in use something like that, you could try one thing, re-boot your computer in safe mode and try to delete those folders that way, all the best.
