I know why you are having trouble getting some sleep. It is because that you are too worked up turning left, right, back, and front that you forgot to close your eyes. That's how I always sleep. It works!

Well i always sleep straight and sometimes sleep left with pillows at my hand. I feel thats the most comfortable posture at all to get sound sleep.

well.. funny you should ask it because I have been sleeping in an odd position my entire life.. I used to think about why I found it so much comfortable to sleep in only that position until recently I happened to find my dad sleeping on a couch in the exact same position..then i knew it was in my genes.. my dad was in the armed forces so i guess it would be some regime stuff.. sorry, i haven't yet described the position yet. so here it goes.. i lay sideways on my bed and spread my body over like a athlete running.. one arm swinging back and one arm upfront.. the same with my legs.. my friends used to make fun of me saying I was try to chase some girl in my dreams...

yes a very funny question but yet a interesting one i like to sleep straight but if i am tired i prefer sleeping in the back position because by sleeping like that you keep you leg in any position you want.

I guess it depends on where you sleep, I mean if its on a very comfy bed then I'm so sure you will be fast asleep in seconds if you are really tired. It also depends on the environment, if its noisy or not, of if its hot or not. Like me, I can't sleep if I sleep without a foam/cushion. That would be really uncomfortable for me. I sleep with 2 pillows as well but I can do it with one as well. I need a fan or air conditioner when I sleep because I couldn't really sleep when its really hot. I could also just sleep on the couch if I don't have any choice, but the fan is really needed for me.

It depends. When I'm having leg pains, I would prefer to sleep on my back with my leg on piles of pillow. Signs of aging. LOLZ. But when it's just about a normal no pain day, I sleep sideways towards my wife to embrace her.

I sleep facing the wall. I know it may sound weird but there's just some comfort in knowing that there's a solid object near you. Probably because I'm scared of falling off my bed, but that's just me. I like sleeping with a pillow covering my head too. =)
