hi, any contact lens users out there/ I have worn contact lenses for more than 10 years now and lately I got concerned because my eyes turns red and yellowish sticky discharges comes out from my eyes. this has become to frequent for me lately. I always take off my lenses at night and clean them daily and although I use extended wear type good for 1 year I change it every 3 months. I don't know why this keeps happening frequently. did you ever have this?

I would consult an Ophtholmologist if I were you. I used to wear contact lenses for quite a number of years. If you have an eye infection make sure that you stop wearing them for some time until your eye heals. An Ophtholmologist can give you some drops to treat your eyes. Make sure that you sterilise well your contact lenses.

i guess you need to contact an optalmologist for that specially if you cn see any discharge from your eyes. i also wear contact lenses but i only wear them while at work or if i go out but once im at home i just take them off so my eyes can relax from it. doctor once told me that its ntot advisable to wear contact lenses everyday specially for long hour, i guess you can only wear 8 hours and you must take them off for an hour to relax your eye muscles and wear them again.

hi my fairy, Contact lenses when wearing for a long period of time it can subsequently causes allergy into the eyes, the eyes tend to be sensitive especially the core of it contact lenses has to substitute in an eye glasses from time to time especially during night time,it dries up the eyes and eyes will appear red and gets your eyes irritated, try to stop wearing contact lenses for a while to let your eyes recover from contact lenses allergic reactions.Consult your eyes specialist for your eye care..Hope your eyes gonna be ok.. Happy Lotting!God bless!
