You agree with me? A person who has nothing, who has lost everything, one can easily get from the beginning, because he does not what to lose, can only gain anything, behind zero is nothing. what you think?

I think that a person that has nothing to lose is a very sad person, and still has his life to love, but I agree when you say that that makes this person in some ways a very powerful person, or we could say that people who have many affections or many things to lose are weaker and easier to attack, so yes I agree with what you just said, and sometimes those sad people that have nothing to lose can turn into very mean people.

Hi, i know somebody who lose everything, because people have done an injustice, then, that he had nothing to lose, he has made 100 times more than was ever, is an example of life

well yes in that case, people like him are really to admire and be taken as an example. I can imagine that doing so it requires a lot of strenght.

Yes, the best ideas are born when you have what to lose, and nothing can make you change your mind, what you had, and what you lost? When you think that maybe you win but you lose something else, then it is much harder, if you have the freedom to choose, if you have only one idea in your face, then of course that you feel strongly.

good post! Well the old saying says that..but sometimes those are the most relentlessly greedy, power hungry people. Sometimes they wind up in disaster..but sometimes you hear stories of success-like the movie "the pursuit of happyness" where he's homeless, and builds up...that loss empowers him-so I guess it just depends on the person and circumstances.

I think that is right. Look how formidable the pilots from japan were. They had thrown away the reason to avoid blowing up with the plane and it made them very frightening . Of course they gave up everything voluntarily but I can see how a person who loses everything would feel similarly powerful.

this is an interesting discussion, icesmile! yes, i agree 100% with you on this. the person who has nothing to lose is the most powerful person. the person is powerful in a way that he/she can never be threatened, be blackmailed, or whatsoever. therefore, he/she is the most powerful person because he can never be controlled by anyone. as you have said, they have already lost everything & nothing more to lose. everything in their life now is to gain.

Well, I have been told that the main reason Doc Holliday, in the Old West, was so dangerous was that he had no fear of getting killed in a gunfight. What he was afraid of was dying in bed from tuberculosis, which is exactly what happened. Supposedly he took chances that other men, who were afraid of getting shot, would not take. To phrase it in happytalk, so some of our less literate brethren will understand it: When you have hit rock bottom, the only way to go is up.

Exactly, If you are worried you will lose this and this you cannot accomplish much. The people who also don't know much are the bravest people.

I partially agree with you, but you have to understand a person with nothing to lose in a rental car is the most powerful by far. :D
