Can I backout after signing a probitionary job contract?PLEASE I NEED HELP..T_T

I just signed my contract this week...and now for some valid reason I have to back out..and I want to resign as soon as possible...is that possible?...I have been working in this company for 1 month now.. help me...

well, it depend to what are stated in the contract, if you have the copy of the contract better review and check what are obligation if you bail-out during the duratin period..

I read the contract..and it was stated there that I am on my probationary period for 5 months...it was never stated there that I am not allowed to back out..

ok, then our safe to resign...file your resignation and give your period a of notice for graceful exit in your part...

What clauses are inserted in your contract? Do you need to pay your boss an X amount of money if you resign? How much before you have to inform him that you would like to quit work? Are there any union's representative at your place of work? Wish you luck

those things were never stated on my contract...they just stated there that I'll have this amount of salary, that my probationary contract is for 5 months.. they never told me how much days before I have to inform them that i would like to quit..T_T
