Hi All I wrote a discussion about spring and had typed the word pussywillow in two words. I got the warning.. Did you know that you can not write the word P u s s y? What about the pussywillow, pussycat.... Not meaning slang for female body part or wimp. When did slang become so real???? Any thoughts? xoxoxoxoxo

I have run into this problem several times. The most amazing to me was the nick name for Richard. But male chickens also presented a problem. It sure makes your mind work to find subsitutes for these common words with double meanings.

Good one, I never considered that a bad word, but I'll take mine well done but not dry.

This form of censoring isn't so good but after all is the only one existing. It can't stop neither the people who really want to use the slang (it can be typed with " " between) neither the ones who use it by mistake (like you). However, some sort of censoring must exist.

Welcome to the club. A very common word and a very common name because obscene. I was talking about those people who live in London England and that was a swear word. Cheney's first name is a swear word. The only thing to do is to substitute a number or an asterisk for one of the words. It is political correctness gone awry. You just cannot win.

Yeah, the censors are sometimes overzealous. Another example would be when you try to use the short form of the name Richard... and poor "Rob Petrie"... can't use his real name, it's got two no-nos in it.
