This Mania was not very good but had a few bright spots. Razor Ramon vs. Jeff Jarrett was solid but the match of the night goes to Shawn Michaels vs. Diesel for the WWE Title. HBK proved he was the best in ring performer in the world at this time while Diesel looked good when he was in the ring with guys like HBK and Bret hart. What do you think?

Wrestlemania 11 was a dud. I would have thought Undertakers match would have been alot better..the ending was awful...i mean come on a flying clothesline..you think it would take more to keep Bindy down..it needed a chokeslam. The card was very big at all and not much excitement all around. Shawn and Diesel put on the best performance. That is what should have been the main event because Bam Bam vs taylor just wasnt good.

As much flack as Wrestlemania 9 gets, I really think that this Wrestlemania was not that much better. Shawn Michaels and Diesel was a good enough match, but the screwed up heel-face dynamic really took away from the match. There is just something wrong about the 7 foot underdog babyface taking on the just barely 6 foot heel. Still was a good match, but the match they had at the April 1996 In Your House Pay Per View was better. Razor Ramon and Jeff Jarrett, yeah that was kind of decent but the disqualification finish really ruined it in my opinion. Jeff Jarrett never really lit my world on fire even as a midcard talent. Only the match that he had with Shawn Michaels that year but I think I just hit upon the reason that he did, Shawn Michaels. Even if he had not burned his bridge with WWE, I doubt he would have been anywhere near the main event today. He would be about on the level of Goldust or Chavo Guerrero. The match itself was not bad, but yeah disqualification finishes at Wrestlemania are always something that I despise. I would like to say that my favorite match on the show was Lawrence Taylor against Bam Bam Bigelow. This was the Michaels/Taker of celebrity matches as far as I am concerned. I thought that Lawrence Taylor did well and Bam Bam Bigelow was one of the greatest big men of all time. I can't be the only one who thinks that he got shafted and should have gotten a main event run against Diesel. Instead they turned him babyface and it was lame and that was pretty much the end of his career. Bam Bam should have been on a tear, blowing throw the King of the Ring Tournament, perhaps by beating Razor Ramon, The Undertaker, and Shawn Michaels, before he fought Diesel for the belt at Summerslam. He would be a hundred times better than Mabel. Still this match was perfectly fun, maybe not the best, but overlooked in the grand scheme of things.
