Inuyasha The Final Act was it Good or Bad?

Well, first I will start by saying I am an avid fan of Inuyasha and have been for a few years. My love of the manga always kept me watching the original anime show, even with all the fillers in it. I was very happy and excited to hear that Inuyasha The Final Act was coming out, concluding the series to an ending the anime very much needed; but as soon as I found out that there were only to be 26 episodes to finish off the last 20 volumes of the manga, I could not help but worry this was not going to finish well. The anime has surprised me in a few different ways, a few good, and a few bad. The main reason why I say it's a bad ending for the Inuyasha series is because everything feels so rushed to me. The little things; the detail of Inuyasha and the gangs travels; and such that were in the first series are not in this series. The phrase "slow down and smell the roses" comes to mind. I'm not saying it needed filler episodes, because no anime needs fillers; but in my opinion, it lost the pace of the manga and the true aura to what the manga was, which in the end made me disappointed about this finishing series. I love the design to this anime as I always did, as it is the same as the first series. The main points to the story are still there, and the action in it is as good as ever, which made me feel a little better about it. Inuyasha The Final Act should have been 50 to 52 episodes long I think; although I do understand the reasoning to rush since the manga finished about 2 years ago and people want to actually see the end in anime form, now, not later. As a person who watched the anime, overall I loved seeing the end as a fan of Inuyasha the series. As someone who read and love the manga, Inuyasha The Final Act, could have been better.
