It's because we'll hurt them more if they'll assume that we still love them when in fact we no longer.

if the feeling is gone then do not lie about it...it is better to tell the truth then to lie and avoid it.

When the bad feeling is gone, it will be substituted by a good feeling. When the Good feeling is gone, wait for another good feeling to come.

ah like one of my friend told me before you'll get a good feeling you have to undrgo bad one, that is to appreciate the good thing.
