if your mind does remain calm then , you can enjoy life as it. The most effective way to destress is to remain calm for about 10 min. Remaining calm means 'No Thoughts .. No Effort On Brain' OR Listen to instrumental music. Just let the Brain enjoy the peace. Just like .. after a game or workout session we rest to cool down ... similarly we have to let our mind to cool down and rest. Think of Nothing ... Don't Think ... Just pretend to be dead..... Sit in a Relaxed Posture ... No movements ... Do not compare this state with that of the Sleep .... wherein the brain is heavily undertaking the task of Dream making. (Quite philosophical ....:)
