When you get up before you start your day do you like to eat cereal instead of pancakes, doughnuts,or eggs and bacon? How many bowls of cereal can you eat? To me when I eat breakfast I find myself more hungry through the day does this happen to you?

i don't really care what i have for breakfast, as long as it makes me full and it tastes good. lunch isn't that big for me, so basically i have to wait until dinner for some big food,

Hi. jah. If I eat something light on my stomach, I will get hungrier faster during the day time. I usually will eat foods that have whole grains in it. This will keep me full for some hours. I ate two bowls of cereal just the other day. The cereal was very delicious! I also eat whatever that I have a taste for.

I am not a big breakfast person and usually all I have is a bowl of all bran for obvious reasons and a cup of tea. I would rather have nothing my all bran is very useful if you know what I mean! I try to make my eight year old get used to eating breakfast but it is much better to go to school or work with a full tummy; she’s not always keen but has something.

Yes it does happen to me. everyday my class will start at 8a.m and even though I wake up late I still will rushing to prepare my breakfast. If I left my stomach empty it will sound so scary. But usually I will cook the instant noodles but without its powder. I know it is not a healthy way of life so, don't follow me. I think we still use the energy even we are sleeping so that's why we feel hungry in the morning.
