Do you hate discussions after the exam? Some people have the tendency of discussing their answers after the exams and when they do so you find that most of their answers do not match with you.It is highly irritating. Have you ever been in this situation?

I really do not understand why people tend to have the desire to discussion the exams after they have occurred. Is it not bad enough to go through the exam once? When I am done with the exam, the exam is done and I am not going to give it a moment's thought until the results come in. Then I will worry about the answers, but right now, I am going to just be relieved that the exam is over and done with. Yet, some people tend to want to compare notes when the exams are over. It caused me to grit my teeth when it had occurred. One would think that they would not want to talk about the exam when it was over. It is not like they are able to do anything about it after the fact. It is turned in and completed, so really, what is done is done. People will discuss this regardless of that fact. I just tend to back away from these people and move away from any conversations that start up. I'm done, I really do not care about what I cannot really change. If I get a good grade, I get a good grade, if I do not, I do not, however, talking about answers with other people is not going to change the fact. I guess that gives them peace of mind for whatever reason.

Yes....It's very irritating...Even i think there should be no discussion Before 1 hour and after the exam... Discussion before the exam can lose our confidence...

I absolutely despise talking to anybody after an exam. I do not like knowing that my answers don't match up with theirs. I would rather do the exam and then never speak of it again.

Yeah, I have come across this situation countless times. I am also one who do not like to discuss after exams, and when someone like that comes along and starts to want to discuss, I just say "Sorry, I can't remember that question". I guess this people are just feeling insecure with their answers so they want to check with you; but what they don't realize is that others are feeling anxious too. Best to avoid such people if we can, but if we can't, we have to think of ways to avoid falling into the trap of discussing such as the "can't remember the question" method I use, or tell them "just wait until the results are out, OK"....I'm just glad student life is over for me, so I don't have to go through that anymore!

Hi,meetvivek,my answer is yes.I am still a student unfortunately and of course inevitable numerous tests. It is not so bad in college as in high school when almost everyone concerned about their scores and ranks. My friends around me would talk a bit about it and stop doing so soon. It certainly irritate and annoy people who are not sure about the tests and who hate gossipping. It is a type of gossip ian't it?Hope you get a good result with your test if you have one!

Count me in! I honestly, don't want to talk about the exam that had just happened few minutes ago, it brings up scary memories(if I didn't review for the exam for example) that I want to forget as soon as possible. But if I prepared for the exam and feel good about it, then that changes everything. And also meetvivek, it doesn't mean that if they don't match your answer then your answer is already wrong. It may be the other way around, so don't feel irritated about it. ;)
