Fee deducted in dollarclickorsignup

I got my first payout from dollarclickorsignup of $1. But the fee deducted by paypal is $0.34. Isn't the fee too high as compared to other ptc sites?

I don't think I have ever been charged by paypal for anything. Now people that live in different countries get charges by paypal. And if you run a business and get payed they will charge you for that. But pay pal is different with every country and state.
