No, I have never heard about him before you made this discussion and i have looked trough the link you posted. I am thankful that you made this discussion about him, but I think you should make a longer short intro about him in the topic so it will attract more people when they first look at your discussion.
I think he do look cool, but about his stories and his family things... I can only wish him good luck
